Set up an obstacle course that includes:

At the beginning of the obstacle course have a list of 5-15 words depending on the age group. Have a white board or piece of paper at the end of the course. They take 30s memorizing the words, run through the obstacle course and write down or recite as many words as they can recall.

As many rounds as possible of:

10 Skaters
10 leg lifts over an objects
10 knees to elbows (scale to candlesticks)

Then Odd or Even Tic Tac Toe

This game is played with the same objective as Tic Tac Toe.
One player is Even. So they get 0,2,4,6,8
One player is Odd. So they get 1,3,5,7,9

Players alternate turns placing numbers in the squares to get a sum of 13. You may get a sum of 13 horizontally, vertically or diagonally and you may use the same number more than once.

16 walking lunges
50m sprint
50m back pedal

In the picture attached below, travel from start to finish along the lines to get the largest total at the bottom. Complete the operation given on each line. Keep a running total. Do not travel over a line more than once. Try a couple different paths to see what total you can get. This is a great group activity. Challenge the participants to find the largest total.

1 minute of jumping jacks
1 minute of push ups
1 minute of sit ups
1 minute of wall squats
1 minute of Hidato Puzzles

Continue until all puzzles are complete.

Fill the grid with the numbers 1 to 9 so that the numbers can connect, in order from 1-9 either horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
